ABOUT LAURA BURVILL

The entrepreneur behind the lens

From Hollywood film sets to the world's most recognizable brands, Laura Burvill built a studio that treats every image as a strategic decision, not just a photograph.

THE STORY

From London
to Los Angeles,
by way of Hollywood

Laura Burvill Photography is a full-service concierge photography and video studio, based in Los Angeles, California, with projects across the US and worldwide.

Laura's path into studio ownership wasn't conventional, and that's exactly what makes the work distinctive. She began her career on the film sets and on the production lots in Hollywood, building a rigorous foundation in cinematography, visual storytelling, and production logistics that most photography teams simply don't have.

That background shapes everything. The organized approach to production and event day. The instinct for light and composition that comes from thinking in frames. The ability to direct executives, teams, and talent with calm authority, because she's worked with producers and high-net worth individuals who didn't have time for anything less.

Since launching Laura Burvill Photography in 2018, she has built a client list that spans Fortune 500 corporations, entertainment publications, global financial institutions, and fast-scaling technology companies, documenting their most important moments across California, New York, Austin, San Francisco, and beyond.

She has worked with partners including JP Morgan, Mastercard, Intuit, The Cheesecake Factory, and has been featured in Collider for her production work.

“Every visual asset is a business decision. The best ones just don't look like it.”

THE APPROACH

A studio, not just a photographer.

Laura doesn't just show up on the day. She works alongside marketing teams, event directors, and brand leads to understand what the images and videos need to do, before the camera comes out.

That means understanding the difference between imagery that lives on a careers page and visuals that needs to support an investor deck. Between a portrait for a Linkedin banner and one for a full-page press feature.

The concierge model exists because great visual work requires more than a great eye. It requires a partner who is invested in the outcome.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Principles that guide every shoot

Outdoor table with a vibrant flower arrangement, surrounded by woven chairs on a grassy lawn.
A hand holding a spoon with a piece of cake topped with cream, with a bowl of cake and ice cream on a wooden table. The background is dark and blurred.

STRATEGIC FIRST

CONCIERGE ALWAYS

Every shoot begins with a brief, not a camera. We build a shot list around what the images need to accomplish, not just what looks beautiful.

White-glove service isn't a casual term, it's how we operate. From first inquiry to final delivery, the experience should be as polished as the images.

AUTHENTIC TO YOU

BUILT TO LAST

The best brand imagery doesn't look like brand photography. It looks like the company at its truest, most compelling self.

We build asset libraries, not one-off shoots. Images that serve your brand six months from now, not just this week's announcement.
