The Challenge:
One brand,

Eve Legal AI didn't need a single one off event photo coverage, they needed an ongoing visual infrastructure. A Sales Kickoff in San Diego, a legal industry conference the following year, a company offsite in Austin. Leadership portraits and headshots. Culture candids for recruiting. Product launch imagery for investors.
Each moment required a photo visual asset team who understood the brand deeply enough to shoot consistently across environments, from a ballroom keynote to intimate client dinners at Nobu, and produce imagery that felt unified, not patchwork.
The challenge was to build a library comprehensive enough to power every external touchpoint, while remaining authentic to the people and culture inside the company as they grow and rebrand.
The Approach:

Before any shoot, we worked closely with Eve Legal AI's marketing and events team to understand what the images needed to do, not just aesthetically, but strategically. Who would see them? Where would they live? What should a prospective hire feel when they landed on the careers page? What should an investor see in the board deck?
This informs everything: the shot list, the light, the VIPs, the moments we prioritise. At the SKO, we captured both the formal content, keynotes, panel discussions, breakouts, headshots, and the informal energy that makes a company culture visible and compelling.
